Return and Cancellation Policy
- In the unlikely event that your items arrive damaged or defective, we will gladly provide an exact exchange if we receive notice within 30 days of the UPS delivery date. You can email jktondemand@gmail.com with your information and receipt, use subject: RETURN.
- If you need to cancel your order within 24 hours, email jktondemand@gmail.com with your information and receipt, use subject: CANCEL. You will get a full refund minus $20 cancellation fee due to card processing costs.
- JKT POLICY: Due to the adult nature of our products as well as the health and safety of our community we do not accept returns or exchanges.
